Mr. Narayanan has a B E (Electrical & Electronics) qualification.
He is an aerospace professional with 25 years of experience in the aerospace industry as a technocrat, entrepreneur and consultant. He has served on Government boards, established private companies and hence understands the public private participation issues.

He has served on the Board of Directors of Air India Ltd and Indian Airlines Ltd. During this tenure he was part of several board sub-committees including fleet expansion, yield, IT, etc. He served as a Director of KPTCL since July 2004 and also as the Chairman of the Audit Committee of KPTCL. He is presently serving as a Chairman of Axis Aerospace & Technologies. In the past he has done pioneering work in public & private participation in defence research & has contributed a lot in the areas of avionics development and testing between 1989 and 1998 especially for LCA and Sukhoi programms.

Bejoy's experience spans a period of two decades in the field of domestic & international sales & marketing, business strategy development, execution and operations, in the field of engineering services. His core competencies lie in product development / technology services outsourcing, large deal structuring, market entry strategies, aerospace and industrial products domains, and strategic accounts / relationship management.

Prior to joining AAT, Bejoy was with QuEST Global as Vice President of Global Sales and was actively involved in setting up and managing sales teams globally and spearheading campaigns to win multi-million dollar accounts. Before QuEST, he worked for more than 13 years with the HCL group, in which his last assignment was in HCL Technologies where he was responsible for starting and building the Aerospace and Engineering services practices.

Bejoy is a M.Sc (Hons) Physics and B.E (Hons) Mechanical from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS) Pilani and also holds a Post Graduate Degree (Marketing & International Business) from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore.

He is an Army veteran of 36 years, who takes pride in being an Ex NDA Cadet who gained civil qualifications including M Tech (Computer Science, IIT Mumbai ), MBA (Finance & Marketing, Punjabi University), B Tech (Electronics & Telecom, Military College) and AIMA Advance Course in Strategic Management (College of Defence management) while in service.  He left a trail of pioneering work in Electronic Warfare, Communications, Surveillance technologies, Simulators and Optimization of Operations.
